Joanie Miller obtained her real estate license in 1996 and worked as an on-site sales associate for several Panama City Beach condominium projects: Edgewater Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort and En Soleil. Chad Miller obtained his license in 1997 and began his career as a sales agent at Edgewater Beach Resort. Subsequently, he worked as a real estate agent, director of sales, real estate coach and franchise owner.

Together, Joanie and Chad, along with the other members of the Miller and Associates team, cover the real estate waterfront: residential property, commercial property, condos and other recreational properties, and investment property.
